A Multipurpose Space

There are two reception areas available to meet the event requirements: a dedicated reception for events is located at the back of the building, offering exclusivity and privacy; and an alternative reception area near the security personnel is available at the main entrance. The main hall is exclusively for exhibitions and cannot be used for events.

The venue provides restroom facilities, including public and a private toilet designated for event use, ensuring convenience and privacy, and a pantry area to support event catering needs. It is also equipped with an abundance of 32A CEE and 16A Schuko sockets, making it prepared to meet high-power electrical requirements, facilitating the setup of lighting, sound systems, and other electrical equipment.

All loading and unloading activities should be conducted via Av. Defensor de Chaves. Please note that the entrance accommodates a maximum width of 4.5 meters. A dedicated storage area is available upon request to accommodate event-specific needs. This area is accessible through a freight lift, equipped to handle loads up to 4 tons with a width and height of 215cm and 290cm, respectively.

Safety and Working Rules

The following rules and regulations must be respected by all: Under no circumstances should set elements or technical equipment be positioned in a way that obstructs normal functioning and access to emergency exits. No methods of attachment should be carried out anywhere in the building without the prior agreement and approval from the Technical Department. Any type of metalwork, carpentry or painting work on stage is not allowed without analysis and prior authorization from the Technical Department. The audio level is limited to 85dB, and 2 XLR plugs will be given in order to connect the sound limiter device. For sound testing you only have 1 hour per day.
