The Técnico Innovation Center (TIC) hosted a special live edition of “É ou Não É?”, titled “The May 18 Elections and Scenarios of Governability”, broadcast directly from its facilities.

As Episode 13 of 48, the debate took place during the final phase of the electoral campaign, in a context of intense public discussion and a significant number of undecided voters.

By welcoming this national debate, TIC positioned itself as a neutral and open space for dialogue on critical societal and political issues. The event highlighted TIC’s capacity to host high-profile public discussions, combining innovation, knowledge sharing, and civic engagement.

Moderated by Ana Lourenço, the live broadcast explored key questions surrounding the elections, including leadership positioning, governance stability, and the possibility of dialogue and long-term political agreements in a polarized environment.
